I was on the way home from the booksale yesterday, and getting caught up on Filkcast [a wonderful filk podcast, that comes out every 2 weeks]. During this episode [http://filkcast.blogspot.com/2019/07/filkcast-episode-19-july-17-2019.html ], they played a delightful song called "The Last Page."
It's on Sunnie Larsen's new album [https://sunnielarsen.bandcamp.com/track/the-last-page ], so I assumed she wrote it. But, upon looking it up, I find it was written by
yam.
It wonderfully encapsulates that feeling of meeting "your" characters for the first time.
And, the music's ridiculously gorgeous, so everyone wins!
